UDM Classes and ITS Services - Outage Info from the Weekend

UDM is closed today, Saturday, June 28, 2008 due to a power outage.

ITS Labs and AV services are unavailable.

All ITS services are down at this time and will be brought up as soon as power is available.

Notification for TurnItIn.Com offline from 7PM PDT to 10PDT

Turnitin will be unavailable Friday, June 27th, 2008 from 7:00 PM PDT to 11:00 PM PDT while the site undergoes critical system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, your faculty, or your students. Thank you for your support.  Please note the Pacific Time Zone format.

 

Inbound Email restored

Inbound email to the university has been restored.

Inbound Email Downtime

All email inbound to the university will be down for approximately 20 minutes starting at 2:10pm. This downtime is due to needed maintenance on the server.

"Dental" server rebooted

The server UDM-TN-DENTAL was rebooted this morning at 9:30am to fix issues reported to ITS. This was mainly a problem that some people had in reaching their HOME drive (H: ). This should be working for everyone now.

If you know that your HOME or GROUP drive is on UDM-TN-DENTAL, or if you are having problems getting to your any network drives, please LOGOFF and log back in again. You should have all of your network access again.

Weblink up at 7:55 AM June 3, 2008

A long running job prevented APECS and Weblink from coming up this morning at the normal time of 7:15 AM. APECS came online at 7:50 AM followed by Weblink at 7:55 AM. ITS Dept.
