Exchange Mail is down for about 25% of our Exchange users. We're having a problem bringing up the information store that holds the mailboxes for some people. The repair could take considerable time, but we have no estimate yet. All messages being received for affected Exchange Users should be queued up for delivery once the repair is done, but there is no work-around at this time to receive your messages.
Exchange is back up, and we are keeping a close eye on the related servers. Please report any problems that you find.
ReplyDeleteI am trying to log in but I cannot because my address is the old one it is delriomf@students.udmercy.edu but I need to access this e-mail because I need to retrieve certain documents in it.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, the old e-mail system is long gone. There was a six month period and many communications regarding transitioning to the new system that required action to preserve old messages.
