Blackboard maintenance planned – 72 hours outage starting Tuesday 8/11 at 7:30 a.m.

Major software change is due for our Blackboard system. This operation starts Tuesday, 8/11 at 7:30 and is expected to take up to 72 hours. Please don’t plan any activity in Blackboard during this period. Make sure that you exit Blackboard before maintenance start. Check this blog for updates on this action and do not start using Blackboard before you confirm that system has returned to operation; you may lose data otherwise.

UDM Cable - Outage

Due to need maintenance, the UDM cable TV system will be experiencing outages starting at 6:00p today, Aug. 4th.

The maintenance is expected to be completed by 7:00pm.

The maintenance on the UDM cable system has experienced an issue. ITS staff is working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

All but three off the channels have been restored to UDM Cable TV.

The three remaining issues are Weather Channel, FS Detroit, and Travel.

Dental Phones Back Up

All Systems normal.

Tuesday the 4th.  The Dental phone system will be going down for about 5 minutes this morning a little before 9:00am.  Dental hierarchy have been notified.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  Will notify when system is back up.
