A problem arose around 5:00 pm today that has led to having to restore the Active Directory from tape. The problem is causing all Exchange users incoming e-mail to be rejected or queued on the sender's servers. Login to TitanNet and Exchange and Outlook Web Access is not functional at this time. At 9:00 am tomorrow, the support vendor will work with the ITS-Networking staff to resolve the matter and restore services. We apologize for this late update and inconvenience to the user community.
What is the estimated time for the directory to be restored?
