Scheduled maintenance on Helpdesk systems Mon. Oct. 19 7:30 a.m.

ITS has scheduled maintenance and upgrade of hardware and software for Monday, October 19, 7:30 a.m. to improve reliability and availability on different systems. Expected downtime for systems is 1 hour. Affected systems are ITS helpdesk, Facilities Helpdesk, HR Helpdesk and Financial Aid systems.

We apologize for possible inconvenience caused by this service outage.

    Which system are you referring to? We saw TC portal having some issues around the time you mentioned and now it should be fine.
