Blackboard - Maintenance scheduled for Monday Dec. 7 7:30 a.m.

Blackboard service needs software update; this is going to be performed during maintenance window on Monday, December 7. Service will go out at 7:30 a.m.; all users are advised to log out at this time. Expected outage in Blackboard service is less than 10 minutes.

    Titanconnect appears to be down today (Sat, 12/5). Can anything be done to restore it? Thanks!

    Can you give more specific detail? Are you referring to e-mail, INB, Self Service?
