Blackboard maintenance scheduled for Tuesday 12/21 7:30 a.m.

Blackboard service is going to be turned off on Tuesday, December 21 at 7:30 a.m., for upgrade of Blackboard software. Expected downtime is up to 1 hour.

Please finish your work and log out of Blackboard before scheduled maintenance to avoid possible loss of your input.

    I, too, am having a problem accessing email. I can log in, and then when I try to access email, I get the following message:

    Safari can’t open the page “http://tc.udmercy.edu:6777/?argv=laurel=on%26cal=1” because Safari can’t connect to the server “tc.udmercy.edu”.

    Any updates would be appreciated.

    Thank you for reporting this. This is a TC issue and staff have been reached and are working to have this back up in about 20 minutes.
