The secure imap and pop3 services provided by TitanConnect are currently unavailable. Email is still available by logging into the portal at http://tc.udmercy.edu. We are working with the vendor to resolve these issues currently.
Update 3/8/2011 1:50 pm : Vendor is continuing to work on service outages.
Update 3/8/2011 3:40 pm : Begining at 5:30 pm Tuesday March 8 there will be a 30 to 45 minute service outage of all TitanConnect services to apply recommended vendor software in an attempt to restore all services.
Update 3/8/2011 5:51 pm : Software update has been completed. All services should now be operational.

ReplyDeleteI'm unable to get to the knowledge/blackboard site, I can get to titan connect, but when I click on the knowledge link on the UDM website it says page unavailable
