APECS service is available

APECS is available as of 9:40 AM. The UNISYS mainframe initiated a reboot this morning resulting in Apecs going offline. This has been corrected. Thank you, ITS Dept.

    I don't agree about cutting the cords. I still find information I need in APECS that is not in Banner.

    BTW, is APECS down today? I can't login.
