Blackboard service maintenance 04/16 7:30 a.m.

Blackboard issued a patch for Blackboard software that requires service restart and will result in service outage. To avoid possible loss of data, users are advised to close the work and log out of Blackboard before 7:30 a.m., on Monday, 04/16. Expected downtime is up to 30 minutes. Please check this blog for possible updates on status of this maintenance action.

    Server needed a restart of Blackboard service to apply software patches. This action was performed in the standard maintenance time window, Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. total outage in services lasted 15 minutes.
