  6. Hi, folks. ITS is aware that the issue hasn't been resolved. They are working on the problem and hope to have access restored soon.

  7. Why was BB updated this morning instead of over the Thanksgiving Break? Not having access to our courses on Monday morning is a problem....

  8. Occasionally, we see technical issues with a Bb system update that don't manifest in testing (in the past, we've seen serious issues arise when large numbers of folks start using the site). Rather than potentially having these issues crop up over the break, when support folks are also less available, the decision was made to run the update the Monday of our return. An outage like this is a problem whenever it happens. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and hope access will be restored soon.

  9. once this has been resolved, is there a way all of your previous courses that you're no longer enrolled in are taken out of your course list?

  10. Still no Nursing Research 3600 in my learning que. Another classmate in the same course and is missing it too-I agree--not a good idea to do the upgrade on a Monday! VERY frustrating!
