During the troubleshooting process with BB support, we are experiencing an outage due to service restarts. the system should be online within ten minutes. I will update you accordingly.
Blackboard has not provided us an ETA at this time but we are still working with them in a priority 1 system down state. ITS staff have been engaged with them since the start of the outage and will continue to work with them until this is resolved.
The effort continued through the night with tech support and is still actively being worked on by Blackboard. Still no ETA available from them at this time.
