Internet Access Sluggish

Connectivity in and out appears to be very sluggish at this time. Staff are working to bring it back up as quickly as possible.

    Knowledge server and listservers are down too. Naturally, I need all these to do the tasks I budgeted for today. Happens every time.

    Looks like everything was back up around 12ish.
