Issues Report with Blackboard and TC connectivity from the dorms

ITS is investigating some sporatic connectivity issues to .udmercy.edu sites from the dorms.  It is reported connectivity to other sites is fine.

    Technicians will be onsite in the residence halls tomorrow morning to investigate the issue. We have been unable to replicate it in the test environment.

    people.udmercy.edu is not working when I try to access it over SSH, but works fine over HTTP. Also dplwindows.udmercy.edu over port 3306 (mySQL) is not working either. I live in Holden.
