Blackboard is currently up. At this time we are still using the TitanConnect credentials to access the system. If you can login to tc.udmercy.edu, use those same credentials to get into blackboard.udmercy.edu.

Is Blackboard still down? I was required to change my password and have and it still won't let me on.
