We are experiencing an outage of the local channels - 2.x - 4.x - 7.x etc) campus wide because of a hardware concern and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible. This thread will be updated accordingly.
We are still awaiting delivery of ordered parts. The vendor has not provided an ETA as of this time. You may already know this that if your TV support a local antenna, you could temporarily use one to pull in local channels.
Can you post an update. Its ridiculous that it's been a month. I have called twice and nobody seems to care. I would like to watch the local news.
