Since this change, everytime I try to log into my portal, I get in, but then when I go to individual tasks, like "Advisor Management," it tells me incorrect username/password and denies access. I need this corrected.
I am receiving the same "incorrect username/password and denies access" message today. Would you please post how to correct the problem on the blog in case other individuals are experiencing the same issue?
I can't open self-service. I'm getting the following error message:

Nevermind. I refreshed the portal page and it is working.
