Weblink WIll Be Down July 21 5:30 PM - July 23 3 PM

Weblink will be down from 5:30 PM on July 21 through 3:00 PM on July 23 for the purpose of creating the IR district. As you know, this is an essential part of our operations here at UDM. If this effort is completed early, I will bring the system up and will announce it on this blog site.

The pipes were not started this morning. Weblink is up at 8:05 AM. SHamilton

Keyserver/Wins Server

The server hosting the Keyserver and Wins server is experiencing some issues. A reboot of the hardware is needed to resolve them. This will effect the users of the Keyserver. Also a few user may experience some connectivity issues with other Window servers. This is only temporary and should be resolved by morning.

Weblink Down 6/22/06 8-8:30 AM

Weblink will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes on Thursday, June 22, 2006 at 8 AM to allow for a reboot and initialization of new backup software. Thank you, SHamilton Systems Administrator

Currently outer drive is down

Currently outer drive has DHCP issues, due to the power outage over the weekend. Network team is working on the issues right now.

DNS Issues this past Monday

We would like to acknowledge that we encountered a DNS error due to tightening of our ISP’s DNS approach on Monday from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.  Access was problematic during that period of time.

Listserver Update Scheduled for June 6, 2006

Listserver.udmercy.edu will be updated on June 6, 2006 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  Posts to lists will either be rejected or maintained in the sender’s e-mail queue (if the sender’s email system provides message queuing).
