Raiser's Edge Restored

The Raiser's Edge and Researcher's Edge are back up, but your local workstation may need to be updated. If you try running Raiser's Edge and you are prompted to UPDATE your software, please select OK and allow it to update. If you get an error of any kind, please notify the HELPDESK and we will have someone come on-site to update your software manually.

The Raiser's Edge is unavailable

Due to a hardware failure, The Raiser's Edge (and other related resources) are currently unavailable. We are rebuilding hardware and reinstalling the server software. It is estimated that the job will be done by Monday 8:00AM. Check this blog to see if this is finished earlier.

TC Short Outage

Access to the TC portal is temporarily down but should be back up by 9pm (at the latest).

Short Blackboard service outage 10/20 3:45 p.m.

Accidental restart of Blackboard service produced Blackboard service outage for couple of minutes.

Internet - Short Outage

There was a very brief outage at 12:45 pm today.  Internet access is up and running at this time.

TC Email and Calendar Down (2nd time)

For the second time tonight, TC e-mail and calendar are temporarily down.  We are working to locate staff to investigate the matter.  Your patience is appreciated.

 

TC Web Email Restored

TitanConnect web email services have been restored.

TC E-Mail Outage

Currently the Titan Connect e-mail system is down. ITS Network Services is working on restoring access to email as soon as possible and you will be notified once access is restored.
