Blackboard Repair - Estimated Time 30 Minutes

After weeks of working with Blackboard to find a solution to the problems users have been facing, the system is being repaired at 11:00 am today and will be down for up to 30 minutes.  We are optimistic this will resolve the issues that originated back on 5/18.

During the troubleshooting process with BB support, we are experiencing an outage due to service restarts.  the system should be online within ten minutes.  I will update you accordingly.

ITS is working to restore service ASAP - again.  We are working with Blackboard (the company) to identify a permanent resolution to this issue.
