Weblink up at 7:45 AM

There was a problem this morning with two of the windows servers that service weblink. The system had changed the time erroneously preventing Weblink from coming up. This has been corrected. SHamilton

Internet Mail being queued up

We have discovered Internet mail is queuing up and are working to have it delivered as soon as possible.

Weblink Operational 1:00 PM

Weblink was rebooted and appears to be functioning properly now. ITS will continue to monitor it's performance.

Weblink is experiencing problems. ITS is working on it.

Weblink back up 8:20 AM

Weblink is back up as of 8:20 AM. The pipeserver application did not start due to a system reboot. This, we believe, has been corrected.

Weblink up Saturday at 4:45 PM

Weblink was down due to the pipeserver box rebooting overnight and it failed to start the piece with communicates with weblink. This has been corrected. SHamilton

E-mail queued from 4:00 am to 6:30 am

Incoming e-mail has been queued since 4:00 am and is now being delivered at 6:30 am.  All mail should be delivered in the next hour.

Internet E-Mail Offline

ITS just discovered the SPAM solution was queuing but not delivering internet mail.  The solution has been restarted and incoming internet mail will be processing over the next hour.  All should be delivered very soon.

IR81 is complete .. Apecs and Weblink will be up at scheduled time Sunday 10/7 (7:15 AM)

Reminder: IR 81 begins tonight - apecs and weblink down till Sunday 1 PM

The scheduled IR district creation starts tonight at 5 PM. The APECS and Weblink system will be unavailable until approximately 1 PM on Sunday to allow time for this important processing to be accomplished. Thank you, ITS department.

TitanNet/Exchange Back Online

The servers came online at 12:00 pm and are available for use.

TitanNet/Exchange/Active Directory Down

A problem arose around 5:00 pm today that has led to having to restore the Active Directory from tape. The problem is causing all Exchange users incoming e-mail to be rejected or queued on the sender's servers. Login to TitanNet and Exchange and Outlook Web Access is not functional at this time. At 9:00 am tomorrow, the support vendor will work with the ITS-Networking staff to resolve the matter and restore services. We apologize for this late update and inconvenience to the user community.

Internet Slowness Reported

Several users are reporting slowness on the Internet. Our network indicators show available bandwidth. We will continue to monitor.

993-1000 Dial-In Stuck on Night Message

The night message is stuck on and a call has been placed with AT&T for service.

Blackboard Down and then Up

This morning's maintenance window included scheduled patches that were applied. Upon reboot, the system failed to properly startup. After some adjustments and another reboot, the system is now up and running.
