Email issue has been resolved

The issue with Mailborder has been resolved. All incoming and outgoing emails are being processed.

Email issue

We are currently experiencing an issue with Mailborder. All external incoming emails are being delayed and may result in a bounce back stating our server is unavailable. All external outgoing emails and all internal incoming and outgoing emails are being processed.

Publish.udmercy.edu Maintenance Completed

Maintenance on publish.udmercy.edu has been completed. All services provided by publish.udmercy.edu are now operational.

Publish.udmercy.edu Maintenance

Publish.udmercy.edu will be off line from 7:00 a.m. to 7:15 a.m. Thursday, February 20th for maintenance. During this time web services such as news and events, calendars and some web pages will be unavailable.

Raiser's Edge Server Down

The server ADVANCESVR is down this morning because of a hardware failure. Users that map an O: drive to this server may receive an error, along with a "disconnected" failure. Raiser's Edge is not functional because of this.

It is difficult to say how long this may take to fix. We will keep this blog updated, and Stephanie Landers will send out an Email message when it is back up.

Sakai Services On Line

Maintenance on Sakai.udmercy.edu has been completed. All services have been restored.

Sakai Scheduled Maintenance

Sakai.udmercy.edu will be off line from 7:00 a.m. to 8:15 a.m on Wednesday, February 12th 2008 for maintenance. All sakai services will be affected during this time.

APECS and Weblink are available 2-10 at 1:40 PM

The IR district maintenance has been completed; Apecs and Weblink are now available. ITS Department.

Reminder: Apecs and Weblink Down 2/8-2/10

Apecs and Weblink will be down from 5PM on 2/8/08 until the afternoon of 2/10/2008. This is for the creation of the IR district for this term. Thank you, ITS Department

Banner is back up

Banner is running again. The application server failed to restart earlier - the problem has been corrected. ITS Department.

The Student email server and mail service has been restored. If there are any lingering issues please contact the University help desk @ 3-1500.
