The college/departmental web server is online. All services have been restored.

College/Departmental Web Server Offline

The college/departmental web server is offline due to a power failure. The server is rebooting and should be online in the next 30 minutes. All college/departmental web sites are affected.

Weblink and Apecs are available

Weblink and APECS are available. The mainframe is running slower than usual so please be patient. We expect to have it back to usual capacity today. ITS Dept.

Internet Problems Resolved

Between 1 and 3 pm we’ve had some issues with connections to a number of sites.  This should all be resolved at this point.

Internet Issues

Today, we had an interruption in service due to a communication issue between our ISP and our point-of-presence. The problem was detected at 10:15 am. All was fixed by 11:30 am.

IR83 is complete - IBridge has been upgraded

The IR83 effort is complete. I have also installed the new version of IBridge with the license renewal. As a result, you may receive a message regarding allowing the new applet from CORE to run on your PC. Please grant permission to the applet as it is the new version.

APECS and Weblink will be down 7/18 5PM through 7/20 2008

Apecs and Weblink will be unavailable beginning 5 PM on Friday, 7/18. It will remain down until sometime in the afternoon on Sunday, 7/20. This is to create the IR district, which must be done each term. Once the effort is complete, both APECS and Weblink will be made available to the user community. Thank you, ITS Dept.

Small amount of Spam passing through

A small amount of Spam is passing through as good due to a minor issue with the SPAM solution.  The repair has been in the works for several hours and the messages should stop once this process is complete.

APECS available; Weblink still has problems

The mainframe environment for Apecs is available. However channel problems are preventing weblink and depcon printing. UNISYS has been called. ITS Dept.

APECS/Weblink going down at 1 PM - for reboot

The mainframe environment requires a reboot. This will occur at 1 PM and anticipated downtime will be 40 minutes. ITS Dept.

Weblink is up but very heavy use

Weblink is up but is running slow due to the number of users signed in. Thanks, ITS Dept.
