ITS Maintenance Window - TitanConnect INB/SSB - Friday, July 24, 5:00 am

We apologize in advance for this late notice.

 

Beginning tomorrow at 5:00 am, ITS will temporarily have TitanConnect INB and TitanConnect SSB down while a number of maintenance processes are completed.  We anticipate a return to service on or before 8:00 am.

 

Your TitanConnect portal, e-mail and calendar access will remain available however the links to TitanConnect INB and TitanConnect SSB will not function.

 

For up-to-date status on this process, information will be posted to the ITS Outage Blog located at http://udm-its.blogspot.com

Emergency upgrade of SPAM solution has incoming internet e-mail queuing up for the next 45 minutes.

APECS and Weblink Unavailable 7/17 (5PM) until 7/19 (2PM)

The UNISYS mainframe environment (APECS and Weblink) will be unavailable this weekend. The IR district is being created (IR93) for Institutional Research and this requires that the Apecs and Weblink environment be offline.

Mail from udmercy to Yahoo trickling

Outgoing e-mail and listserv e-mail to Yahoo recipients is temporarily being throttled by Yahoo at this time.
