University (McNichols Campus) Network restored

Internet service for the McNichols campus as well inter-campus service has been restored. Dental, Law and on campus resources at McNichols were not affected. Have a good Memorial Weekend.

Systems that will be down include TitanConnect INB, SSB, Portal and E-mail.



Systems that will be up include Blackboard, WWW, Cascade, TitanNet, Helpdesk, Facilityrequest. On campus internet access will remain available during this time.

TitanConnect Maintenance -- Tuesday May 10 @ 7:00 a.m.

The TitanConnect(http://tc.udmercy.edu) portal tier servers will be restarted beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday May 10th to accommodate expanded services. The restarts should take approximately 20 minutes. Users may expect session disconnects during this time period. Email services will not be affected if you are using a third party email client.

Mailgw SMTP Issue Resolved

Mail services, both send and receiving, have been restored.

Mailgw SMTP Issue

The smtp server(mailgw.udmercy.edu) is experiencing a problem at this time. Until it is resolved user will not be able to send or receive email from the TC web interface or local email clients.

UNISYS rebooted - APECS and Weblink available

The UNISYS mainframe which hosts APECS and Weblink needed to be rebooted. Both Apecs and Weblink are now available. Thank you, ITS Dept.
