As of this morning, users can log into their junk boxes. There are a few remaining issues the vendor’s technical support is working through to complete this project. One of those items is the ability for individual users to add their own people and companies to personal allowed list.

I was logging in to the udm clinic manual and did type the user name and password but was not able to sign in .Has anything changed?
Hmmm. Not familiar with that but if it authenticates with the same credential as TitanConnect, please try logging in there first to see if you have your user code and password correct. If you don't, that might be the issue and we could try to get it reset by using the "Forgot Password" feature on the tc.udmercy.edu main page.
Let us know if you are successful or not.
I am still unable to log in my junk mail account, and gt the following message:
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://mailborder.udmercy.edu/junkbox?
Connection to 198.109.24.214 failed.
The system returned: (111) Connection refused
The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.
Your cache administrator is squidmaster@udmercy.edu.
Same problem still persists! Cannot unjunk select mail, view them, or enter mailborder to correct, and so on ...
The junk mail is still not retrievable.
We will be working with the vendor to resolve a number of outstanding issues that have carried over prior to the upgrade.
Re: Anonymous on July 09
The "clinic manual" is a School of Dentistry site and does not use TC credentials. Please contact me at blumena at udmercy.edu for assistance with School of Dentistry sites. The user name and password have not changed.
Also, I cannot follow up on anonymous comments so please use a named identity when asking questions via this blog. Thanks.
I am unable to access TitanConnect off-site. Is the system presently down for some reason?
I am also unable to access TitanConnect from off site. Could you please provide us an update?
Hello--
Although I can access my email, incoming email does not appear to be coming though. I sent a test email from my personal account to my TC account and it's not showing up in my in box. Is anyone else having this problem?
If you are continuing to experience issues connecting from off-site, please give the Helpdesk a call at 313.993.1500 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. All systems should be functional except the SPAM solution at this time.
