Please be advised the LawSchool Internet connection went down at 8 AM. ITS staff are looking into bringing it back online as quickly as possible

Blackboard Maintenance – Monday, Mar.4 at 7:30 a.m.

Blackboard supplied us with the software patches for our system. We plan on installing these patches on Monday, March 4; starting at 7:30 a.m. Expected downtime is 30 minutes.

If you are using Blackboard by that time, please close your session and log out to avoid possible loss of data.

All systems up

To the best of our knowledge, all systems are up.

 

TITANNET Servers

An environmental issue in the McNichols Server Room occured @ 12:20PM, which in turn took out part of the TITANNET Home & Group drive services.  We had to rebuild one server which may have affected your connectivity to these shared drives.  The domain is back up and stabilized.

If you notice a red X on your shared drive, you should be able to double-click on it and connectivity should be restored.  Otherwise you will need to reboot your workstation and log back on.

VOICEMAIL RESTORED(AGAIN)

Voicemail has been restored and is operating properly.

Voice-Mail Down (Again)

The voice-mail system is down again and we are working with ATT to bring this back online ASAP.

ATT has repaired our Data Circuit/link and Voicemail is up and running as it should be.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

Voicemail Down

We are currently experiencing a problem with Voicemail.  ATT has been notified and is working to correct the issue.

Shiple - Cable TV Out

It has been reported that cable service in Shiple has been out since 9:00 am.  ITS contact the vendor earlier this afternoon and we await a response from them.

VOICEMAIL WORKING

The ATT Circuit that was down and causing our problem has been repaired.   Voicemail is functioning properly.  Thanks for your patience.

Voicemail is currently experiencing problems.   IT and ATT are working to correct.  Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Law & Dental Outages

We are experiencing sporatic outages across the Law and Dental campuses and are working to clear the issue up as quickly as possible.

Law School WIFI - Room 347

Reports of WIFI connectivity issues in the area of Room 347 have been reported.  ITS will address as soon as possible.

 

East Quad-4th Floor WIFI

WIFI may be slower in this area due to an outage within the closet.  Bleed from other floors may provide some WIFI coverage but speeds will be slower than normal.

 

We hope to have this back up as soon as possible.

 

 

Eng WIFI - North East Section of Building

WIFI in the North-East section of the building is temporarily down and will be brought back online at the start of the week.
