Starting at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29, Blackboard services won’t be available for 15-30 minutes. Reported occasional performance issues force our decision to perform this action outside regular maintenance window.

Please close your session and log out of Blackboard before 7:30 a.m. to prevent possible loss of data. Check this blog for possible updates.

Oracle Pre-Production data refresh completed

The data refresh of the Pre-Production data base has been completed.

TitanConnect Portal Maintenance - Tuesday October 21st

Please be advised that between 6:15 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday October 21st TitanConnect portal services will be offline due to system maintenance.  Email will continue to operate but access to the TitanConnect web based client will be offline.  Your patience during scheduled maintenance is always appreciated. Oracle Pre-Production database data refresh

Starting Friday 10/17/14 the Oracle Pre-Production database will be unavailable. A data refresh for testing purposes will be underway. The expected completion is EOB day Monday 10/20/14.  

Internet Connectivity Issue

The University is currently experiencing inconsistent internet connectivity.  The issue is being investigated.

North Quad *Update*

Networking services for North Quad have been restored.

North Quad - Reported Down

Our internal monitoring tools have reported North Quad down as of 8:10 pm.  We are looking into the situation with the plan to return this back into service as quickly as possible.

 

UDM-TN-DENTAL has experienced a hardware failure which could cause interuption of Home Directories for McNichols and Corktown users.  All group drives for Corktown will also be down.  SEI has been contacted for replacement parts and we will get the server up and running as soon as possible.
