TitanConnect IMAP/POP3 and LDAP Maintenance - December 1st 6:00 - 7:30 a.m

Maintenance has been scheduled for December 1st from 6 to 7:30 a.m. on TitanConnect imap, pop3 and ldap services.  During this maintenance window service disruption can be expected.  Please check this blog for updates.

TitanConnect INB Down

It has been brought to our attention that TitanConnect INB is currently down.  We are working to resolve the issue.

TitanConnect Maintenance Scheduled - Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014 6:00 am - 7:15 am.

Maintenance has been scheduled for TitanConnect services on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 from 6:00 to 7:15 a.m.  During this maintenance window service disruptions of up to 10 minutes can be expected.   Services affected include TitanConnect portal, email including pop3 and imap, INB and SSB.  Your patience during scheduled maintenance is always appreciated. Internet Slowdown and Slowness from Law & Dental Campuses

We are currently experiencing a network slowdown between the McNichols campus and the Internet.  This started around 7:39 am. 

 

Dorms are unaffected by this but the rest of campus will experience slowness while we work to resolve this ASAP.

 

Communications from Law and Dental campuses to the MCN campus (for TitanConnect) will be slower than normal during this period.

Blackboard service available – Monday, Nov. 24 at 8:00 a.m.

Maintenance action is concluded and Blackboard service is online and available.

Blackboard maintenance action scheduled – Monday, Nov. 24, starting at 7:45 a.m.

Blackboard service won’t be available in standard maintenance window, starting Monday at 07:45 a.m. If you intend to use Blackboard on Monday morning, please make sure to close your session and log out before that time to avoid possible loss of work.

Estimated time needed to accomplish this task is 30 minutes; please don’t plan on using Blackboard during that period. Please check this blog for possible updates on this action and Blackboard availability.

*** UPDATE *** Dorms Internet access full capacity restored – Nov. 17 at 7:05 p.m.

Today, Nov. 17, at 4:46 p.m. main Internet pipe for Dorms Internet services went down. At this time Internet access for Dorms is supplied by backup line, with lower capacity. Users may experience slower service during outage of the main service. We don’t have information on how long this disturbance may last.

Gardella was a planned upgrade for this morning and is in process.

Quad Commons
Holden Second Floor
