The internet at Dental is temporarily down.  The network team is on its way to restore service ASAP.

 

 

Delay being seen with outbound Titan Connect e-mail

At this time Titan Connect users are experiencing issues sending out e-mail.  If you are experiencing this issue, do not attempt to resend as this will add to the mail that is currently waiting in the queue. 

We are currently working on a solution and will post updates here so check back often.  At this time there is no ETA.

Blackboard system short outage – solved Thursday, May 14 at 9:00 a.m.

Due to software glitch in the system, Blackboard service had to be restarted to restore full functionality. This resulted in short service outage.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to users.

Cable TV - Brief Outage

The cable TV at the Unviersity will have a brief interruppton, 10-15 minutes, while a needed update is applied.

The update will start @ 5:00pm tonight.

VOICEMAIL MAINTENANCE

IT is currently working to repair one or two ports on our Voicemail hardware.  What this means to the user is that you have about a 5-10% chance of getting a generic greeting and not the intended Mailbox.  If you call someone and don't get their Mailbox please retry and it should go through.  We should have the problem corrected by tomorrow(Thursday).  Thanks for your patience!

Blackboard – short service outage – solved Tuesday 05/05/2015 12:00 p.m.

Users of Blackboard experienced short outage in service due to network problem. This problem was solved as soon as noticed.
