Certificate error being seen when logging into Titan Net domain on within Outlook for Exchange users

Please be advised that some users may be seeing a certificate issue when attempting to log into the domain or within Outlook for Exchange email users.  Our technicians are aware of the issue and are currently working to resolve.  No ETA is available at this time.  Please check back for updates as we will post them as they are received.

Update 2:38 pm: If asked to accept a certificate, please do so.  Despite the warning, this does not mean your device is infected or has been hacked.

The Production Banner database will be undergoing module updates Oct. 14  from 6:30 am to 8:00 am.  Please refrain from logging into the database during that time; Database availability will be limited during that time.

Blackboard, short outage planned for Tuesday, Oct. 13, starting at 7:30 a.m.



Blackboard software requires (another) fix and we plan to install this fix starting at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2015. Expected outage should not last longer than 30 minutes. To avoid possible loss of work and data we strongly suggest that you close your session and log out of the Blackboard before 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Briggs Ground Floor - WIFI and Network Repairs in Progress

The plumbing repairs are now done in Briggs and ITS is beginning the process of replacing the dead equipment.  We hope it will be resolved by end-of-day.

Blackboard software update scheduled – Monday, Oct. 12 starting at 7:30 a.m.



Blackboard software needs several security and functional updates. This action is scheduled for Monday, October 12, starting at 7:30 a.m. Expected system downtime is 2 hours. Please close your session and log out of Blackboard before 7:30 a.m. Monday.

IMPORTANT:
This action requires few system restarts; please do not log into Blackboard before you check this blog with availability announcement, even if Blackboard looks like it returned to service – loss of data and your work may be result.

Wired internet connectivity is currently unavailabile in Briggs

Due to a plumbing issue, there is no wired internet connectivity on the bottom floor of Briggs.  Our teams are aware of the issue and will work to restore service once the plumbing issue has been resolved.

No ETA is available at this time.
