UDM Survey System available – Tue. July 19, 11:00

Upgrade of survey software is concluded. UDM Survey System is online and available.

If you notice any irregularities with this system, please report your case as detailed as possible by creating UDM Help Desk ticket at http://helpdesk.udmercy.edu.

Survey system upgrade: Tue. July 19, 7:30 a.m.

ITS has scheduled software upgrade for UDM Survey System. This action is scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19. Users are advised to close the session and log out before this time.

Estimated downtime is 3 hours. New software will introduce changes in interface appearance and additional functionality to the system. All the surveys, created before software upgrade, are going to be preserved.

Law School Emergency Power Repairs

The Law School will be experiencing a power outage due to emergency repair by the Facilities dept  starting 7/17/16 at 7:00 am.  IT services will be down during this time.

No ETA is known for completion of the work.

IT services should be restored once done however, if you experience issues after power has been restored, please let us know.

Brief Phone Interruption - 7/15/16 at 7:45 am

ITS will be performing some minor maintenance on the new phone system Friday morning between 7:45 am and 8:00 am.  You may notice a slight interruption in service on University phone lines during this time.

The Public Safety Office would like to remind you that should you be unable to reach their offices (313-993-1234 for non-emergencies and 313-993-1123 for emergencies) during this brief outage from your phone, please dial their alternate number – 313-342-8693.  After the outage, please revert to using their normal numbers.
