RESOLVED: Titan Connect - Simultaneous sessions error

Please be advised that some users may experience issues while trying to login to Titan Connect. An error message may display that states there have been too many session attempts.  Our team is aware of the issue and is currently working to resolve.  No ETA is available at this time.  Please check back as all updates will be posted here as made available.

Server Issues - Mostly Resolved

Please be advised we have been experiencing sporatic server issues since 5:00 pm that have impacted the Banner INB, WWW and other servers.  The ITS team has restored much of this but issues may still persist.  On-site staff are continuing to work throught these issues.

 

TitanConnect - Maintenance Window - 11/17/17 5:00 AM

Please be advised that the TitanConnect self-service and TitanConnect INB solutions will temporarily be unavailable tomorrow, Friday, November 17, 2017 from 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM for maintenance.

 

All other services including O365 email, Blackboard, WIFI, etc. will be operational.

Blackboard software update scheduled: Monday, Nov. 20 starting at 7:30 am.

Blackboard software is due for maintenance and update. Software update will be performed in our standard maintenance window, Monday, November 20, starting at 7:30 am. This action will result in outage that should last no longer than 3 hours. Users are advised to close the Blackboard session and log out before 7:30 am on Monday to prevent possible loss of work.

Please check this blog for possible updates on this event. Please don’t try to use Blackboard before checking this blog for Blackboard being available. Thank you for your cooperation.

Blackboard short outage planned = Monday, Nov. 13, starting at 7:30 am.

Due to minor software update, Blackboard service has to be taken off-line for short period of time. Maintenance action is planned to start at 7:30 am Monday, November 13. Expected service outage is up to 30 minutes. If you are using Blackboard services Monday morning, please close your session and log out before 7:30 am to avoid possible loss of your work.
