Application Manager/Banner 9 page unavailable for some users

Some users may experience issues with loading the Application Manager/Banner 9 page.  We suggest you attempt to login with a different browser as some have found this to be a good temporary work around.  If you are still unable to access please submit a ticket to the Help Desk at https://hd.udmercy.edu or by calling the Help Desk at 313-993-1500.

Fake "Pending Emails"

If you receive the following email please delete it at once.  Do not click on the link.  This is a phishing scam and is not an official email from ITS.

Remember, no one from the ITS Department or the Help Desk will ever ask you for your password or credentials.
