RESOLVED: Course Evaulation Login Issues

Login to the course evaluation system is currently inoperable.  Vendor support has been engaged.  Please monitor this blog for updates.

Update 08/23/2019 :  Service has been restored. 

Update 08/22/2019 : The vendor has discovered a new issue which they are working to resolve.

Update 08/22/2019 :  Service has been restored.

Update 08/20/2019 :  The vendor continues to work towards a resolution to this issue.

Update :  The root cause of the login errors has been identified by the vendors.  They are now working on a solution.

COMPLETED : My Portal & Titan Pass Maintenance August 18, 2019 @ 6:30 am.

My Portal and the Titan Pass single sign-on systems will be offline for maintenance beginning at 6:30 am on Sunday August 18, 2019.  This maintenance window is expected to last until approximately 9:30 am.

During this time, login to My Portal and other solutions that use the Titan Pass single sign-on will not be possible.

Titan Net will be briefly unavailable Tuesday, August 13th

At 7:30 AM on Tueday, August 13th the Titan Net service will be restarted. Users that login to their university computer around this time may not see both Group and Home drives. If this is the case, please log out and then log back in. If you have any further issues please contact the Help Desk at 313-993-1500 or subnita ticket at hd.udmercy.edu.
