All of the Novi campus and intercampus connections from Riverfront are currently down. ITS is working with our internet service provider to restore service ASAP.
ISP has identified fiber damage and has dispatched a crew to address it. No ETA yet but wheels are in motion.
ISP is onsite working on the fiber.
Resolved at 5:12 PM today. Both locations should now be operating as expected.
