Shiple Outage Complete

The Facilities department was able to quickly restore power.  Total outage time was 23 minutes.  All services restored.  Should you have further issues with technology, please let us know.  Staff will return to campus on Tuesday.

 

Off-Campus Access Outage - 90 Minutes - January 15, 2018 at 8:30 AM

Please be advised, a scheduled power outage for the Shiple building on the McNichols campus from 8:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. this Monday, January 15, 2018, will limit access to TitanConnect, Blackboard, the University’s website and other McNichol’s hosted solutions for on-campus access during this time.  Resident’s living in Shiple will also be unable to access these services during this time.

 

During this short outage, users from off-campus will likely receive a “page not found” message.  If you encounter this, please retry accessing after 10:00 A.M.

Channels 11 and 18 temporary down

Resident students may experience issues with Channel 11 and 18.  ITS is working to fix these ASAP.

 

Listserver Certificate Error

Please be advised, list serv approvers may experience a warning due to an expired security certificate.  ITS will resolve this issue soon.

 

 

Blackboard Certificate Error

Please be advised, ITS is working to clear the Blackboard certificate error presented in some browsers.

 

UPDATE: WiFi now avaliable in Life Science classrooms

At this time WiFi is not available in the Life Science classrooms.  Our team is aware of the issue and is currently working to resolve.  No ETA is available at this time.  Please check back often as all updates will be posted here as they are made available.
