CATV Local Channels 2-11 down

We are aware cable TV channels 2-11 are temporarily down.  We look to restore them early next week.

 Please be advised that a new Scam Email has been detected.  Should you receive the below email do not respond, delete it. This is not an official communication from the ITS Department or the Help Desk.

Remote Desktop Server - Down

The primary remote desktop server is down as of Friday night.  Staff will attempt to restore service on or before Monday.

 

Listserver not processing incoming mail

Reports received of the listserver not processing mail.  ITS is working to resolve this.

 

Service Restored - Internet Down Across University

 ITS is investigating an outage with our Internet Service Provider.  More details to follow as they are made available.

 UPDATE - As of 8:13 AM service has been restored. If you are on site and still not able to connect, restart your device to establish a new connection. Should you have any further problems contact the Help Desk at HelpDesk@udmercy.edu.
