McNichols WIFI Temporarily Down

ITS is working to restore WIFI service to the McNichols campus ASAP.

my.udmercy.edu Down

The my.udmercy.edu portal is temporarily down.  ITS is working to restore service ASAP.

Internet Down

We are working with our ISP to investigate and quickly resolve an internet outage across our campuses.  More information to come as it is available.

 

Access to WWW and other cloud hosted services may still work.

Novi WIFI Unstable

We are experiencing some connectivity issues with the Novi WIFI and are working to resolve this ASAP.

 

Internet Down

Our Internet provider is dealing with a fiber splice located in Southfield. Our inbound and outbound connections are down. Most cloud-based services functioning.

Banner Upgrades - July 12 from 12:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

On Saturday, July 12 from 12:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., Banner will be offline while system upgrades are installed.

Engineering Telecom, Networking and WIFI Down

Due to the power outage yesterday in the Engineering building, all networking services including telecom and WIFI are presently down.  ITS is working to restore service to this location as soon as possible.
