TitanConnect Maintenance Scheduled - Thursday, March 8, 2017 6:30 am - 7:30 am

Maintenance has been scheduled for TitanConnect portal services on Thursday, March 8, 2017 from 6:30 am to 7:30 \am. During this maintenance window service disruptions can be expected.   Services affected include TitanConnect portal and single sign-on to INB and SSB services.  Your patience during scheduled maintenance is always appreciated. Knowledge is now Blackboard – effective Mar. 7 at 7:30 a.m.

Our course server, known as Knowledge.udmercy.edu is changing name to Blackboard.udmercy.edu. Switch of the name won’t cause service outage, but active sessions won’t follow the change and users logged in will be prompted to re-log in. To avoid to be thrown out of the session, please log out of knowledge/blackboard any time before 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7 and log into https://blackboard.udmercy.edu. Following the name change, your attempt to use knowledge.udmercy.edu will automatically lead you to blackboard.udmercy.edu. This change will not cause any other change in your Blackboard experience.

TitanConnect Maintenance Scheduled - Sunday, Mach 5, 2017 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Update : 3/5/2017 2:15 pm Service has been restored.

New Detroit Mercy Website

To keep everyone in the loop, the website was flipped at 530. If your checking from home, you may not see it changed yet as your ISP dns entry needs to pick up the new location for our www site. This could be a few hours or more. On campus, since we point to our own DNS (where the change was made), the new site will come up. Patience is the word at the moment. The 530 time was selected knowing that by 830ish a good number of DNS servers would grab our updated DNS info.
