Both Mail Systems, Helpdesk and Facility Request Down

At the moment, both mail faculty/admin and student e-mail systems appear to be down. helpdesk.udmercy.edu and facilityrequest.udmercy.edu appears to be inaccessible as well. Network management has been notified. Due to the holidays, please be patient as we locate the appropriate network staff to address this issue. Both systems were up as of 11:30 pm last night.
