Blackboard 503 Errors Believed Resolved
Its been almost 18 hours since fine-tuning was completed on the bandwidth for Blackboard and our logs indicate no new 503 errors. We have had one user mention a 503 however we have asked the user to flush the cache/delete temp internet files and try again. If you have a 503 error pop up, please try this as well. If it persists, let the helpdesk know as soon as possible.
