The reporting module that tallies message counts are off but messages are flowing through. A lot of spammers took advantage of the non-work day and pummeled messages in much like the flow for a Saturday or Sunday. There are some messages still sitting in queues that should be delivered soon.

Got your comment and yes, it went down late this afternoon for about 2 hours. Its back up and processing all queued messages at this time. Thank you for commenting here on this blog to let us know.

D., which mail system are you experiencing the problem with? Communigate, Exchange or the beta one?

it.udmercy.edu appears to be down. This server provides a link to the mail server which does look like it is up. Try going directly to the mail system at http://mail.udmercy.edu until we are able to bring it.udmercy.edu back online.
