TitanConnect Portal/Email Maintenance Scheduled for 9/12/09 @6:00 pm

Please be advised the TitanConnect Portal/Email system and related services (including TitanConnect INB and TitanConnect SSB) will be temporarily down on Saturday, September 9, 2009 starting at 6:00 pm for approximately 8-12 hours.  During this time the system will be upgraded to the latest version of the Luminis portal software.

 

Early Sunday morning we expect all systems will be operational and available for service.

 

During this time, incoming e-mail will be queued and delivered when possible.  During this time, the Knowledge/Blackboard server will remain online and available for use.

 

Students using the @students.udmercy.edu e-mail account will continue to function as normal throughout this update.

Just spoke to the on-site team. Things are progressing as planned an in line with prior testing experience.
