ITS is investigating an issue that is preventing internet email from flowing into UDM. Mail from @udmercy to @udmercy accounts appears to flow fine but outside communications to @udmercy does not.
The network team worked through the night and incoming email is now restored. Senders may have had messages potentially bounce back but for the most part mail should have been queued on their server and received by UDM. If you expected to receive something and did not get it, reach out and ask for a resend to the sender.
