The interrupted service of 'Titanconnect Self Service' has been fixed.

TitanConnect Finance Upgrades
Please be advised starting at 6:00 am on Saturday, December 14, 2013 the TitanConnect Banner Finance module will be upgraded to the latest version. While the upgrades are in progress, employees will be prevented from working on purchase requisitions or any other transactions to allow the upgrade to be successfully completed. For the first two hours of the upgrade, student registration will be temporarily unavailable, however online payments will continue to be accepted. The entire outage is expected to last until 12:00 pm. For status updates during the upgrade, please visit the ITS Outage blog at http://udm-its.blogspot.com

Arch WIFI Upgrade in Progress through 12/16/13
The Architecture WIFI project begins today and will last through 12/16/13. If you are experiencing a WIFI outage in this location, that is the reason for it. Some users may find bleed from the Library or Briggs building but no gaurentee of the quality of service.

TitanConnect INB Maintenance - COMPLETED
To do a necessary system upgrade, ITS will need to take the Banner
production INB servers offline tomorrow, 12-05-2013, 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
This will ONLY affect TitanConnect INB.
All other services will remain online, including TitanConnect Self Service (Student Registration, etc.), TitanConnect Portal, E-mail, Blackboard, etc.
The ITS Blog will be updated when the upgrade is complete.
UPDATE : 6:30 a.m. INB maintenance has been completed and service restored.
