On Blackboard request certain settings in Blackboard system have to be updated. This action requires services restart which will result in short system availability outage.
If you plan on using Blackboard services on Sunday morning, please close your session and log out by 8:00 a.m. to protect your transactions and data.

Blackboard Maintenance - Mon. June 16 at 7:30 a.m.

Blackboard service will be restarted at Monday, June 16 at 7:30 a.m. for installation of hotfix solving incompatibilities with Internet Explorer 11. Expected outage is 30 minutes.

Please close your session and log out before 7:30 a.m. to prevent possible loss of data.

TitanConnect Email Maintenance Scheduled June 11, 2014 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Please be advised that starting at 6:30 AM on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 the ITS department will be performing maintenance to the TitanConnect email system.  Blackboard, WWW and all other systems will remain online and available during this outage.

All incoming email will be queued and delivered once the system is available.  (Exchange users will be unaffected by this temporary outage.)

We anticipate the work to be completed by 7:00 AM.

Unconfirmed Reports - Verizon Blacklisting UDM Email

We have received unconfirmed reports that Verizon is blacklisting udmercy.edu email at this time.  The network team will investigate and work to resolve this as soon as possible.
