Some users attempting to access Banner/INB could be seeing an error window popping up like the one below. Please be advised that the ITS team is aware of the issue and are working to resolve. At this time no ETA is available as to when access via the TC portal will be restored.
There currently is a direct link to INB available. Please email the
HelpDesk at helpdesk@udmercy.edu from your UDM email account. We will
respond with the link enclosed.
