Voice-Mail and Phone Tree Down
Due to the power outage in Lansing Reilly, the voice-mail system is presently down. ITS is working to restore service ASAP. No ETA at this time.

Blackboard Software Upgrade Tuesday, Dec. 22, starting at 7:30 a.m.
Blackboard
software upgrade is scheduled for Tuesday, December 22 at 7:30 a.m. Expected
service downtime is up to 4 hours. Please don’t plan using Blackboard during
this period. Close your session and log out before 7:30 a.m. to avoid possible
loss of data. Don’t start using Blackboard before you check this blog for
Blackboard being available. This blog will provide information on the upgrade
process and possible changes in plan.

Office 365 channel/link missing on TC Home page
Some users may no longer see the Office 365 channel on the Titan Connect home page.
To restore the channel please do the following:
Locate the "Content Layout" link. This can be found in the upper, left hand corner.
Click on it.
The Manage Content/Layout page will open. Locate the "Revert to default layout" link and click on it.
This will restore your TC portal to the default settings. You can now click on "Back to TC Home Tab"
You should now see the Office 365 channel.
Should the above steps fail to restore the channel, please clear your browsers cache, close down the browser completely and then relaunch.
As always, you can call the HelpDesk at 313-993-1500 if you require any further assistance.

VOICEMAIL INDICATORS WORKING

VOICEMAIL PROBLEM
Voicemail is currently experiencing a small problem. Voicemail seems to be functioning normally except that the Message Waiting indicators are not being generated. Messages can both be left and also retrieved, but users will not receive a "stutter" or an "arrow/diamond" depending on which system your phone uses. ITS is working to correct this and hopefully will have it cleared sometime this morning. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU CAN CHECK YOUR VOICEMAILS BY DIALING 3-6440 FROM YOUR OFFICE PHONE. Projector connectivity restored in C&F classrooms
On Wednesday in Commerce and Finance classrooms 213,228, 233,234 there was an issue with podiums not communicating with the projectors. The unit that communicated to those rooms went down. Today we installed a temporary solution where the classrooms are fully functional and communicating within the classrooms until the unit is repaired.
