software upgrade is scheduled for Tuesday, December 22 at 7:30 a.m. Expected
service downtime is up to 4 hours. Please don’t plan using Blackboard during
this period. Close your session and log out before 7:30 a.m. to avoid possible
loss of data. Don’t start using Blackboard before you check this blog for
Blackboard being available. This blog will provide information on the upgrade
process and possible changes in plan.

I have been unable to access Blackboard since the update. I can access Titan connect without a problem but not BB. I have tried on a PC and my apple without success.
We are able to get in and use the system. Can you post more detail about the error? Can you go directly to knowledge.udmercy.edu and try that way.
